For as long as I can remember, food has been a central part of my life - not just as a profession, but as a true passion and a way to nurture both body and soul.

About Mara

Let me share a bit about my journey to this moment. Many years ago, I found myself at a crossroads, balancing the demands of a busy career, motherhood, and personal health challenges. It was during this time that I had a profound epiphany: food could be my medicine, my art, and my joy. I remember a specific moment when I prepared a simple yet nourishing meal after an especially stressful day. That experience was truly transformative - I felt an immediate connection between what I ate and how I felt, both physically and emotionally.

Inspired by this revelation, I dove deep into the world of nutrition, experimenting with different ingredients and techniques. My kitchen became a laboratory of flavors and health, as I learned to create meals that were not only delicious but also packed with essential nutrients. This journey led me to become a food designer, where I could merge creativity with health to craft visually stunning and nutritionally beneficial meals.

Alongside my culinary adventures, I developed a strong commitment to self-care. Regular exercise, mindfulness practices, and balanced eating became my anchors. These habits didn't just improve my health; they transformed my entire outlook on life. I felt more energized, focused, and joyful. This personal transformation is what I'm passionate about sharing with you during this retreat.

Professionally, I've had the honor of working in diverse culinary environments, from fast-paced restaurant kitchens to bespoke food design projects. Each experience has taught me something unique about the power of food. I've seen firsthand how a well-prepared meal can bring people together, spark joy, and promote holistic wellness.

Meet your Yoga Master

Made Kojack began his journey into yoga 15 years ago, a path he knew he would one day fully embrace, even as he balanced family life with his wife and child. True to his vision, Made eventually stepped away from the societal norms to delve deep into his spiritual practice, ultimately becoming a yoga teacher.

He completed his 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, under the guidance of esteemed Indian Master Swami Atma and Zazen Master Loic from Switzerland. Made is skilled in various yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Nidra, as well as meditation, Pranayama, wisdom philosophy, and Satsang.

Living in a secluded mountain forest, Made dedicates about eight hours a day to his practice, cultivating a profound energy that is both clear and healing to those around him. During the retreat, he will work closely with participants to tailor the program to their individual needs, ensuring that each person gains maximum benefit.

Made's primary focus is to help you integrate new, healthy habits into your daily life with a deep understanding of how these practices influence all aspects of existence—health, wealth, relationships, awareness, and happiness.
